We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order, ensuring you have ample time to decide if your new fashion pieces are the perfect fit. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized parcel shop.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
