What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery within Denmark typically takes 1-2 business days, while international orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days depending on the destination.
How do I return an item?
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please use our online return portal to generate a shipping label.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as MobilePay (Denmark only), PayPal, and Klarna for flexible payments.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our collections generally follow standard European sizing, but if you are between sizes, we recommend checking the specific garment measurements provided.
Are your products sustainably made?
Sustainability is a core value for us. We increasingly use organic cotton, recycled wool, and recycled polyester in our collections to reduce our environmental footprint.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately. Once an order has reached the warehouse, we are unable to make changes.
